Dear Marcy-Deerfield Pop Warner families:
 | As we head into the 2010 season of Marcy-Deerfield Pop Warner Football
and Cheer, I would like to welcome you and personally invite you to get
involved volunteering in any way possible. We always have a lot of work
to do prior to the season and look for any assistance you can provide.
Our program is only as successful as its volunteers - and that means
YOU! I cannot think of a better way to spend quality time with your
children, and getting to know their friends and parents in the process.
The volunteer opportunities are numerous, and the rewards are even
greater. As I head into my 9th year with MDPW (first, as President), I am proud to be a part of the MDPW family and look forward to another great season! |
A primary goal is to continue to improve communications between the MDPW Board, Coaching Staff and the families of Marcy-Deerfield Pop Warner. We have set up a forum to help facilitate this. This website will be the most cost effective and efficient way to share important information, so please check it often for updates and announcements. Please bear with us as the website continues to be a work in progress so expect more information to be added between now and the start of the season. Another goal is to continue to provide an environment that stresses the importance of academic achievement along with athletic excellence, and to teach our children the value of good sportsmanship, not only through our words, but by our own actions. In summary, Marcy-Deerfield Pop Warner aims to provide a quality youth sports program, providing each child with a fun, enriching experience, creating memories that will last a lifetime. |  |
